I / We understand that my account will be charged P today , for the premium from today's date till the next billing cycle.

I / We understand that my account will be charged P on the of every month, or the nearest possible date until my policy is cancelled. This is an automatic debit every month, unless my premium is increased in subsequent renewals.

I / We understand that there is no need to renew my policy every year, as renewals are handled automatically. I may cancel my policy at any time.

I understand that my account will be charged P on the of next 2 month, or the nearest possible date untill my policy is cancelled.

I / We understand and agree that unless I provide written notice of my intention NOT to renew my policy at least 15 ordinary working days prior to the policy end date (Anniversary date), my intention to renew the policy for another additional year indefinitely will be assumed and this same monthly / annual debit authorisation will serve as authorisation to debit my account for the same or lesser amount indefinitely until I/We provide written notice of cancellation with 15 ordinary working days of notice.

I / We understand and agree that any additional premium charged to my account due to endorsements (changes to the policy) can also be charged to the same bank account provided here.

If there are insufficient funds in the (my) nominated account to meet the obligation, Alpha Direct Insurance Company (PTY) Ltd. is entitled to ‘track’ my account and re-present the instruction for payment as soon as sufficient funds are available in my account. I / We also understand that with some banks the payment may take several days to reflect in my account.

I / We understand that the withdrawals hereby authorised will be processed through a computerised system provided by the banks. I also understand that details of each withdrawal will be printed on my bank statement. Such must contain a number, which number must be included in the said payment instruction and if provided to me should enable me to identify the agreement.
